Frozen Yogurt Bark

Honey, chocolate cookie crumbs, strawberry slices, Pistachios
Maple syrup, vanilla extract, cereal, banana slices
Agave, raspberry jam, chopped chocolate, toasted coconut flakes
Honey, cocoa powder, orange zest, candied oranges, sliced almonds
Maple syrup, almond extract, mixed berries, granola
Honey, peanut butter, mini chocolate chips and marshmallows, Graham cracker crumbs
Agave, raspberry jam, toasted coconut flakes, candy-coated chocolate

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp. liquid sweetener (maple syrup, honey, agave)
  • 3 cups plain yogurt
  • Flavoring (vanilla extract, almond extract, cocoa powder, fruit puree)
  • Swirls (melted chocolate, nut butter, jam or jelly)
  • Sprinkles (fruit, granola, chocolate, nuts, citrus zest, cereal, coconut, cookie crumbs, candy)

Directions

  1. Stir liquid sweetener and a little flavoring into plain yogurt.

  2. Spread the yogurt on a large rimmed baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a silicone baking sheet. Swirl or sprinkle toppings on as desired.

  3. Freeze until solid, at least 3 hours. Cut or break the bark into pieces and eat immediately or freeze, airtight, for up to 3 months.
