Lemon-Dijon Sauce

Ingredients

  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 tbsp. finely chopped freshly parsley leaves
  • 2 tbsp. capers, drained
  • 1 tbsp. Dijon
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1/4 cup olive oil

Directions

  1. In a medium-size mixing bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, parsley, capers, Dijon, and salt and pepper. Slowly drizzle in the olive oil while whisking until combined. Pour over a sautéed chicken breast for an instant sauce.
