Rosemary Lime Chicken

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breast halves
  • 2 tbsp. canola oil
  • 1/2 cup white wine or chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 2 tbsp. minced fresh rosemary
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Directions

  1. Flatten chicken to 1/2-inch thickness. In a large skillet, brown the chicken in the oil over medium-high heat. Add remaining ingredients. Cook, uncovered, until the chicken is no longer pink, 5 to 7 minutes.
