Bacon-Pepper Corn

Ingredients

  • 6 slices bacon, crisp cooked
  • 4 grilled ears of corn
  • 4 tbsp. butter, softened
  • Black pepper
  • Pinch of salt

Directions

  1. Finely chop bacon. Toss corn with butter to coat. Season with pepper and salt. Press the bacon all over the corn.
