Breaded Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Original Bisquick
  • 12 saltine crackers, crushed (1/2 cup)
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 8 pork boneless loin chops, 1/2 inch think (about 2 pounds)

Directions

  1. Mix Bisquick, cracker crumbs, seasoned salt and pepper. Mix egg and water.

  2. Dip pork into egg mixture, then coat with Bisquick mixture.

  3. Spray 12-inch nonstick skillet with cooking spray; heat over medium-high heat.

  4. Cook pork in skillet 8 to 10 minutes, turning once, until slightly pink in center.
