Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces sirloin
  • 1/2 c sour cream
  • 1 tbs flour
  • 1 tbs tomato puree
  • 2 tsp dijon mujstard
  • 2 tsp wocestershire
  • 1 tsp instant beef granules
  • 1 small onion, slic ed and separated into rings
  • 1 c fresh mushrooms
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tbs butter
  • 3 cups cooked noodles

Directions

  1. Thinly slice beef across gain into bite size strips

  2. For sauce, in bowl stir together sour cream, flour, tomato puree, mjustard, worcestershire, boullion cubes and 1/3 c water.

  3. In large skillet, cook and stir the beef, onion, mushrooms and garlic in butter until meat is done and vegetables tender. Addsauce and cook and stir over med heat until thickened and bubbly. Serve over hot noodles.
