Golden Baked Chicken

Ingredients
- 1 c instant mashed potatoes
- 1/3 c grated parmesan
- 1 Tbsp dried parsley
- 1/2 Tbsp paprika
- 1/3 tsp garlic salt
- 1/3 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1.5 lbs of chicken
- 1/2 c butter
Directions

Combine potato flakes, parmesan, parsley, paprika, garlic salt, onion powder, and pepper. Dip chicken into butter then into potato flake mixture. Place on greases baking pan. Bake at 375F for 20-30 minutes or until chicken juices run clear.
