Broccoli-Basil Pesto

Use on grilled meats or toss with hot, cooked pasta, adding grated Parmesan

  • 10.8 oz. package Birds Eye Broccoli Florets
  • Zest and juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 bunch of basil leaves
  • Couple of garlic cloves
  • Handful of walnuts
  • Salt and pepper
  • Olive oil


  1. Cook broccoli as directed. Let cool briefly. In a food processor, combine broccoli with the lemon zest and juice, basil, garlic, walnuts, salt and pepper. Process, streaming in olive oil until smooth.
