Turkey Corn Chowder

Ingredients

  • 1 Medium Onion
  • 2 cups turkey broth
  • 2 cups diced potatoes
  • 1 cup sliced celery
  • 1 cup diced carrots
  • 1 cup turkey pieces
  • 1 can cream style corn (17 oz)
  • 1 can evaporated milk (13 oz)
  • 1 tsp. parsley flakes
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp. ginger

Directions

  1. Saute onion in butter till soft

  2. Add turkey broth and bring to a boil

  3. Add potatoes, celery, carrots

  4. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer until tender (about 15 minutes)

  5. Add turkey pieces, cream style corn, evaporated milk, herbs and spices
