Melting Pot’s Cheddar Cheese Fondue

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Coors Light beer
  • 2 tsp garlic, chopped
  • 2 tsp dry mustard powder
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire
  • 6 oz. medium-sharp cheddar, shredded or cubed
  • 2 oz. Emmental Swiss cheese, shredded or cubed
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour

Directions

  1. Place the beer, garlic, mustard powder and Worcestershire in the top part of a double boiler and melt everything together.

  2. Coat both kinds of cheese with generous amounts of flour.

  3. When the beer mixture is hot, slowly add in the cheese while mixing with a whisk.

  4. When the cheese mixture becomes smooth, transfer it to a sauce plate and serve with chopped veggies, bread or fruits.
