Crispy Red Pepper Jelly Chicken Wings

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 lb. assorted chicken wing flats and drumettes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1/8 tsp ground red pepper
  • 1/4 cup Paula Deen Red Pepper Jelly, plus more to serve
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted

Directions

  1. eheat air fryer to 200.

  2. In a large bowl, whisk together baking powder and salt; add chicken, and toss until well coated. Place chicken in air fryer basket and spray with cooking spray.

  3. Set temp to 200 and cook for 5 minutes. Turn chicken; spray with cooking spray. Cook, shaking basket occasionally, for 10 minutes.

  4. In a large bowl, whisk together oil, honey and red pepper; add chicken to mnixture, tossing until well coated. Return chicken to air fryer basket.

  5. Set temp to 400, and cook, shaking basket occasionally, until chicken is browned and cooked through, about 10 minutes.

  6. In another large bowl, whisk together pepper jelly and melted butter; toss chicken in mixture until well coated. Serve immediately with additional pepper jelly.
