Maple Mustard Chicken

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken legs
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 TBSP fry seasoning
  • 4 TBSP maple syrup
  • 4 tsp dijon mustard

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees

  2. Season chicken al over w/fry seasoning and salt and pepper. Drizzle with olive oil. Roast on top shelf approximately 30 min until cooked through.

  3. Stir syrup and mustard in a microwave safe bowl. Add a little salt and pepper if desired. Microwave 30 seconds until slightly thickened.

  4. When chicken is cooked though, spoon sauce over chicken and serve.
