Blueberry Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tsp browns sugar
  • Pinch each of salt and cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup crushed freeze-dried blueberries
  • 1/2 cup chopped bananas
  • Fresh or frozen berries, for topping

Directions

  1. Mix oats, flaxseed, milk, yogurt, brown sugar, salt and cinnamon in a small jar. Add blueberries and banana. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Top with fresh or frozen berries.
