S’mores Pies with Chocolate Ganache

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup heavy cream
  • 6 oz. semisweet chocolate chips
  • 4 mini graham cracker crusts in tins
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows

Directions

  1. eheat oven to 500. Place heavy cream in a medium heatproof bowl and microwave in 30-second intervals until hot but not boiling.

  2. Add chocolate to bowl with heated heavy cream. Allow to stand for about 1 minute, then gently stir until fully combined and smooth.

  3. Spoon chocolate ganache ino graham-cracker crusts, dividing evenly. Top with mini marshmallows and place on a baking sheet.

  4. Bake s’mores pies until marshmallows are toasted and slightly golden, 2 to 3 minutes. Remove from oven and set aside to cool for a few minutes before serving.
