Maple and Sage Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp finely chopped fresh sage, plus additional for garnish
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 4 boneless pork chops
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

Directions

  1. Preheat broiler. Combine 2 tbsp sage, oil and salt in small bowl; mix well. Rub over both sides of pork. Place on rimmed baking sheet.

  2. Broil pork chops 4 minutes. Turn pork and brush evenly with syrup. Broil 4 minutes or until pork is browned and barely pink in center. Garnish with additional sage.
