Easy Salisbury Steak

  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup seasoned dry bread crumbs
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire, divided
  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • 10.5 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 3 tbsp ketchup
  • 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
  • Chopped fresh Italian parsley
  • Mashed potatoes


  1. Spray inside of slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray. Layer onion in bottom of slow cooker.

  2. Combine beef, egg, bread crumbs, 1 tsp Worcestershire and mustard in large bowl. Form into four oval patties. Heat large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add patties; cook 2 minutes per side or until lightly browned. Remove to slow cooker. Stir soup, water, ketchup and remaining 1 tsp Worcestershire in medium bowl. Pour mixture over patties; top with mushrooms. Cover; cook on LOW 3 to 3 1/2 hours. Garnish with parsley. Serve with potatoes.
