Pumpkin Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup regular rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup canned pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp cinnamon, plus more for garnish
  • 1 tbsp chopped toasted walnuts
  • 1/2 tsp honey

Directions

  1. Stir together milk, oats, pumpkin, salt and cinnamon in a small saucepan over medium-high heat; bring to a gentle boil. Reduce heat to low; simmer, uncovered, until desired consistency, about 5 minutes. Garnish with walnuts, honey, and cinnamon.
