Chicken and Chipped Beef

  • 8 Boneless Chicken Breasts
  • 1 Jar of Dried Beef
  • 16 oz Sour Cream
  • 2 Cans of Cream of Chicken Soup


  1. Place dried beef in greased 9×13 casserole dish

  2. Place chicken breast on dried beef

  3. Mix sour cream and soup and pour over chicken

  4. Cook 1 hour at 350F or until tender
