Grain free jam thumbprint cookies

Can swap all purpose flour with almond flour .

Prep time: 15 minutes
Cook time: 12 minutes
Serves 10 people

Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
  • 6 tablespoons butter softened
  • 1/4 teaspoons salt
  • 1/4 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3 tablespoons jam

Directions

  1. Preheat 350°

  2. Mix all ingredients except jam in a large bowl and mix on low speed until smooth

  3. Divide batter into 20 equal pieces

  4. Lined cookie sheet with parchment

  5. Press falls into flat discs 1/2 inches across and one 1/4 inch thick

  6. Press thumb in the center and fill with jam

  7. Bake until edges are brown let cool

  8. Store in airtight container
