crisp topping-gluten free

Ingredients

  • 2 C oat- 1 C ground and 1 C mixed into topping unground
  • 3/4 C brown sugar
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 8 T melted butter-cooled
  • 1 t vanilla

Directions

  1. Grind 1 C oats to make oat flour (use coffee grinder)

  2. Mix oat flour, rest of oats, sugar and salt and stir

  3. Cover filling and bake
