Bob Evans Sausage Gravy

Ingredients

  • 1 lb roll pork sausage
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 8 prepared biscuits

Directions

  1. Crumble and cook sausage in a large skillet over medium heat until browned.

  2. Stir in flour until dissolved.

  3. Gradually stir in the milk.

  4. Cook gravy until thick and bubbly. Cook for about 5 to 7 minutes stirring constantly. Season with salt and pepper. Serve over hot biscuits.
