McDonald’s Steak, Egg and Cheese Bagel Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 1 beef cube steak, cut into 2 pieces
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire
  • 1 1/2 tsp garlic salt
  • 1 tsp minced onion
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 split bagels
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 slices American cheese

Directions

  1. Place the steaks in a plastic bag with the Worcestershire, garlic salt and onion.

  2. Cook the steak on a George Foreman indoor grill for about 5 minutes, or until done. Remove.

  3. Butter the insides of the bagel and toast on the grill. Whisk the eggs in a small bowl.

  4. Spray a skillet with nonstick spray and cook the eggs.

  5. Once the egg has set, fold in half like an omelette and cut into 4 equal pieces.

  6. Place the steak on the bottom of a bagel half, add egg and cheese, then top with the other half of the bagel.
