Applebee’s Spinach and Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • 14 oz. can drained and chopped artichoke hearts
  • 10 oz. box frozen chopped spinach
  • 10 oz. jar Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup of shredded Parmesan and Romano cheese blend
  • 2 diced Roma tomatoes
  • 4 oz. softened cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1 tsp fresh minced garlic

Directions

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl. Spread the mixture into a small baking dish. Bake in a 350 oven for 30 minutes or until the cheeses melt.
