Olive Garden Smoked Mozzarella Fondue

Ingredients

  • 6 cups of shredded Sargento 6 Cheese Italian Blend
  • 3 tbsp grated Parmesan
  • 3 tbsp grated Romano
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning blend
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 6 diced Roma tomatoes
  • French minced parsley or basil
  • 1 loaf of fresh Italian bread

Directions

  1. eheat the oven to 450.

  2. In a large bowl, mix all the cheeses together. Add the sour cream and spices and stir until well combined.

  3. Spray a medium casserole dish with nonstick spray. Add the cheese mixture and spread out evenly with a large spoon.

  4. Bake the casserole on the center rack of the oven for 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and slightly bubbly on the edges.

  5. Garnish with tomatoes and fresh herbs.

  6. Slice the bread into 1/4 inch slices and place them on a lightly greased cooking sheet. Bake for about 5 minutes, until the bread is toasted.
