Outback Steakhouse Sauteed Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • 10.5 oz. can beef broth
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 2 8-oz. cans or jars of small whole mushrooms, plus the juice of one
  • 1/3 cup burgundy wine

Directions

  1. Place the beef broth in a saucepan and simmer the onions for 15 minutes.

  2. Add the mushrooms and wine and simmer for another 15 minutes.
