Chili’s Cajun Chicken Pasta

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, cut into strips
  • 2 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 to 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1/4 tsp dried basil
  • 1/4 tsp lemon pepper seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper
  • 1/8 tsp garlic powder
  • 4 oz. cooked linguine
  • Grated Parmesan, to taste

Directions

  1. Place chicken and Cajun seasoning in a Ziploc bag. Rub and shake to coat the chicken well.

  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and saute the chicken. Cook about 5-7 minutes, then reduce the heat.

  3. Add the cream and seasonings. Stir for 5 minutes, until the sauce thickens.

  4. Add the pasta and toss. Heat for another 5 minutes. Garnish with Parmesan.
