Boston Market Dill Potato Wedges

Ingredients

  • 7 or 8 new red potatoes
  • 1/4 lb. butter
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp celery salt
  • 2 tsp dried dill weed

Directions

  1. Wash potatoes well and boil for 8 to 10 minutes until barely soft.

  2. Drain and cut in wedges.

  3. Melt the butter in a large frying pan and saute garlic for about 1 minute.

  4. Add the potatoes and the rest of the seasonings.

  5. Fry the potatoes for 5 minutes until they are lightly brown.
