Mississippi Mud Fudge

Ingredients

  • 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/3 cup light corn syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup chopped pecans, toasted

Directions

  1. Spray insert of slow cooker with cooking spray. In cooker, stir together condensed milk, chocolate chips, butter, cream, corn syrup, vanilla and salt. Cover and cook on LOW for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.

  2. Spray an 8-inch square baking pan with cooking spray. Line pan with parchment paper, letting excess extend over sides of pan.

  3. Spread chocolate mixture into prepared pan. Sprinkle with marshmallows and pecans; press gently to adhere. Let cool completely, about 2 hours. Using parchment as handles, remove fudge from pan; cut into 2-inch squares. Store in airtight container for up to 3 days.
