Vicki’s Red-skin potatoes

Ingredients

  • 6 lbs. red-skins diced and cooked
  • 3 bunches green onions chopped
  • 1 lb. bacon cooked and cut up
  • 1/2 C. bacon grease
  • 1/2 C. sugar
  • 2 C. Mayo

Directions

  1. Mix cubed, cooked potatoes with chopped green onions. Stir together mayo, bacon grease and sugar and pour over cooked red-skins. Bake at 275 for 45 minutes to 1 hour
