South of Border Chicken Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Velveeta, cubed
  • 10 oz. can diced tomatoes and green chilies, drained
  • 6 oz. chopped and cooked chicken
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 2 tsp cilantro
  • 1 dash of Tabasco
  • 1 small jar of salsa

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in slow cooker.

  2. Cook on LOW for 4 hours.
