Slow-Cooker Loaded Baked Potato Soup

Ingredients

  • 32 oz. chicken broth
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 5 to 7 medium potatoes, cubed
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • Top with shredded cheddar, cooked chopped bacon and chopped green onions

Directions

  1. Empty the broth and cream into your slow cooker.

  2. Add the chopped potatoes and onion. Stir until combined.

  3. Cover and cook on HIGH for 6 hours.

  4. With an immersion blender or a potato masher, mash any remaining chunks in your soup.

  5. Top with toppings.
