Tuscan Roast Beef and Cheddar Melts

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp chives
  • 1 tbsp horseradish
  • 1/2 tbsp Dijon
  • 3/4 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • Dash of Tabasco
  • 8 slices of Tuscan bread
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 8 slices of cheddar cheese
  • 12 slices of roast beef
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped tomato

Directions

  1. Combine first 8 ingredients in small dish to make the sauce.

  2. Brush 1 side of the bread slices with oil.

  3. Brush the other side of bread slices with sauce.

  4. Place cheese, beef and veggies on breads to make the sandwiches.

  5. Place in slow cooker on LOW for 2 hours to melt.
