Pulled Pork

Mix with barbecue sauce and enjoy as a sandwich with coleslaw.
Or use as a topping on a quick pizza.

Ingredients

  • 1 onion
  • 2 to 3 lb. pork butt roast
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Slice onion and put 1/2 in the bottom of your slow cooker.

  2. Remove meat netting and trim off any large pieces of fat. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, add to crock, and sprinkle on other onions.

  3. Cook on LOW for 6-8 hours or until meat flakes easily with a fork. Pull out hunks of meat with tongs and place in bowl. Shred with fork.
