Cheesy Chicken, Bacon, Tater Tot Slow Cooker Bake

Ingredients

  • 32 oz. bag Tater Tots, divided
  • 3 tbsp real bacon bits, divided
  • 1 1/2 cups cheddar
  • 1 1/2 cups Monterey Jack
  • 5 chicken breasts
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 3/4 cup milk

Directions

  1. Grease bottom of slow cooker.

  2. Layer half the potatoes on bottom of slow cooker.

  3. Sprinkle with 1 1/2 tbsp of the bacon bits.

  4. Combine the two cheeses and sprinkle a third of it over the bacon potatoes.

  5. Top cheese with chicken breasts.

  6. Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper.

  7. Top chicken with another third of cheese.

  8. Sprinkle with another 1 1/2 tbsp of the bacon bits.

  9. Add remainder of potatoes.

  10. Top with remaining cheese.

  11. Pour milk over everything.

  12. Cook on HIGH for 3 to 4 hours.
