Plum sauce

Found this recipe on my desk. Not sure what it was for… from Claudia maybe?

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup red plum jam or fancy plum
- 1.5 T corn starch
- 4 T dry sherry
- 2 T soy sauce
- 1T vinegar
- 1/4 - 1/2 cup apple juice
- apple pieces
Directions

heat all ingredients until bubbling and then 2 more minutes
