Bucatini with Sausage, Ricotta, Pesto and Toasted Breadcrumbs

Ingredients

  • Pasta: bucatini, radiatore, trofie, lumaconi
  • Sauces: marinara- herby or creamy. Add basil and parsley or heavy cream
  • Mix-ins: pre-cooked meatballs, sausage crumbles
  • Toppings: toasted breadcrumbs, ricotta, pesto

Directions

  1. Pick your pasta. Make a few kinds and toss with a little olive oil after cooking to prevent sticking.

  2. Put out sauces and mix-ins and let everyone create their own combo.

  3. Don’t forget the toppings.
