Farro bowl with Brussels sprouts, eggs, hummus and cashews

Ingredients

  • Grains: whole grain quinoa, farro, garlic and olive oil quinoa, or southwestern style quinoa and brown rice
  • Condiments: classic hummus, classic guacamole, caponata, artichoke tapenade, red pesto
  • Crunch: everything cashews, sesame seeds, crispy onion straws
  • Veggies: roasted Brussels sprouts, roasted sweet potatoes, roasted broccoli, roasted green beans
  • Soft-boiled egg

Directions

  1. Prepare a few bases.

  2. Put out toppings. Aim for a mix of colors, flavors and textures.

  3. Drizzle the final dish with a little olive oil.
