Smooth and Creamy Peanut Butter Pie

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 12 oz. container frozen whipped dessert topping, thawed
  • 9-inch store-bought chocolate cookie crumb crust
  • Chocolate syrup and coarsely chopped honey roasted peanuts, for garnish

Directions

  1. Beat together cream cheese and peanut butter in a large bowl with an electric mixer until light and fluffy. Beat in powdered sugar. Stir in one-fourth of whipped topping to lighten mixture. Fold in remaining whipped topping until smooth and no lumps remain.

  2. Spoon filling into crust. Chill, covered, until firm, about 3 hours. Garnish with chocolate syrup and peanuts.
