Fettuccine With Creamy Ham Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 12 oz can evap milk
  • 2 tsp corn starch
  • 1/1 tsp dry mustard
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1/3 c shredded swiss
  • 1 cup diced ham
  • 1 c cooked broccoli in bite size pieces
  • 1 2 1/2 oz jar sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 6 oz fettuccine, cooked and drained
  • 2 tbs slized grreen onions

Directions

  1. In a med saucepan, stir together milk, corn starch, mustard and pepper. Cook over med heat until thick and bubbly. Add cheese and stir until melted. Stir in ham, broccoli and mushrooms. Cook and stir until heated through.
