Easy Celery Sauce

Ingredients

  • One can of cream of celery soup, undiluted
  • Milk or cream to thin

Directions

  1. Open the can. Dump it in a small microwaveable-safe bowl. Heat it in the microwave until it’s piping hot.

  2. Drizzle the sauce over the Salmon Cakes, sprinkle on a little parsley or fresh dill if you happen to have it, and serve immediately.
