Ingredients
- 1 1/2 veg oil
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 2 cups flour
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 cups grated carrots
- Icing: 1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese
- 1/2 cup margarine
- 1/2 to 1 box conf. sugar
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- 2 tsp vanilla

Mix oil and sugar, add eggs. Mix well. Add dry ingredients; add carrots. Mix well; Bake 350 degrees. Bundt pan- 45-60 minutes; 8" pan 25-30 minutes;
