Cake Mix Crinkle Cookies

Lemon Crinkles: Use lemon cake mix and add 1 tsp lemon zest to the dough
Chocolate Crinkles: Use chocolate cake mix
Snickerdoodles: Use vanilla cake mix and roll dough in a mixture of 1/4 cup sugar and 1 tsp cinnamon instead of powdered sugar before baking

Ingredients
- 1 box cake mix
- 6 tbsp melted butter or canola oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar

sition rack in center of oven and preheat to 375. Stir together cake mix, melted butter, and eggs in a large bowl.

Shape dough into 1-inch balls; roll in powdered sugar to coat. Set balls about 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheets.

Bake, 1 pan at a time, just until edges are firm and cracks appear slightly moist, 9 to 11 minutes. Cool on pans 3 minutes; transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
