Red Robin Bar Wings with Sweet Honey Dijon Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 4 lbs. chicken wings
  • 1/2 cup spicy brown mustard
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice, fresh
  • 1/4 cup butter, cubed
  • 1/4 tsp ground turmeric

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400. Line two 15x-10" baking pans with foil. Then, lightly grease the foil. Cut two chicken wings through joints using a sharp knife; discarding the wing tips. Place the leftover wings in the prepared pans.

  2. Combine the leftover ingredients together over moderate heat in a small saucepan. Bring the mixture to a boil, stirring every now and then. Pour the mixture on top of the wings, turning several times until nicely coated. Bake in the preheated oven until wings are glazed and chicken juices run clear, for 30 to 40 minutes per side.
