Categories: Burgers

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. ground beef
  • 1/2 tsp Worcestershire
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 cup blue cheese, crumbled
  • 4 Kaiser rolls, split and heated
  • 4 slices onion, or to taste
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 4 slices tomato

Directions

  1. Combine the beef, Worcestershire, parsley, salt and pepper in a bowl.

  2. Form the ground beef into eight 4 oz. balls. Turn each ball into a patty by using the STUFF side of the burger press to push it down.

  3. Fill half of the patties with 1/4 cup of the blue cheese in the center of each patty.

  4. Place the other patty on top of the stuffed patty.

  5. Use the SEAL side of the burger press to keep the two patties in place. Close the press firmly, which will seal the patties together. Release the press.

  6. Place onions in a pan and cook for 4 minutes with olive oil and the rest of the salt and pepper.

  7. Put the patties on the grill and cook for 6 minutes on each side.

  8. Serve on a heated Kaiser roll with sliced onion, lettuce, and tomato on the side.
