Roasted Garlic and Caramelized Onion Flatbread

  • No-Knead Refrigerator Bread Dough (see recipe)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil, divided
  • 1 1/2 tbsp roasted garlic, mashed
  • 1/2 cup caramelized onions
  • 1 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped


  1. Preheat oven to 450. Stretch an 8-oz portion of dough into an 8-inch circle. Cover and let rest on a floured work surface for 10 minutes. Brush 1 tbsp olive oil in an 8-inch circle on a baking sheet and place the dough on top. Dimple the dough with your fingers and drizzle with 1 tbsp olive oil. Top with roasted garlic, caramelized onions and rosemary. Bake until golden, 15 to 20 minutes.
