Mini Spinach Dip Bowls

Ingredients

  • Half of 10oz. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  • 3/4 cup chopped canned artichoke hearts
  • 4 oz. cream cheese, room temp
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 8 dinner rolls
  • Veggies, for serving

Directions

  1. Mix spinach with artichokes, cream cheese, sour cream, grated Parmesan, salt and pepper. Cut off the tops of the dinner rolls and hollow out the insides. Fill with the dip and serve with veggies.
