Weight Watcher Chicken

Serves 4 people

Ingredients

  • 4 Chicken Breasts
  • 3 cup Corn Flakes
  • 1 T and 1 tsp. Sesame Seeds
  • 1 tsp. Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp. Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. Johnny's Seasoning Salt
  • Butter

Directions

  1. Combine ingredients to taste in zip lock bag. Crunch up cornflakes.

  2. Dip chicken breasts in skim milk, drop in bag and shake!

  3. Place on baking sheet, dot each with butter.

  4. Oven at 400 degrees.
