  • 4 tsp white sesame seeds
  • 4 tsp granulated garlic
  • 4 tsp yellow cornmeal
  • 4 tsp grated Parmesan
  • 4 tsp poppy seeds
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 lb. loaf frozen bread dough, thawed as directed
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

  1. Spray 18 muffin cups with cooking spray.

  2. In a small bowl, stir together sesame seeds, garlic, cornmeal, cheese, poppy seeds and onion powder.

  3. On a lightly floured surface, roll dough into a 12-inch square. Using a pastry brush, brush dough with half of melted butter. Sprinkle seed mixture onto dough. Roll up dough into a log, pinching seam to seal.

  4. Cut log into 18 slices. Place slices, cut side up, in prepared cups. Brush rolls with remaining melted butter. Cover and let rise in a warm, draft-free place until doubled in size, about 45 minutes.

  5. Preheat oven to 350.

  6. Bake until golden brown, about 20 minutes. Serve warm.
