Cranberry Chicken

Ingredients

  • 4 lbs. chicken pieces
  • 1 envelope dry onion soup mix
  • 1 (16oz) can whole-berry cranberry sauce
  • 1 cup spicy-sweet French dressing (such as Catalina)

Directions

  1. Rinse chicken with cold water; pat dry.

  2. Place chicken in a single layer in a lightly greased 13×9 inch baking dish.

  3. Sprinkle soup mix evenly over chicken.

  4. Stir cranberry sauce, and spoon over chicken; top evenly with dressing.

  5. Cover with aluminum foil.

  6. Bake at 400 degrees for 40 minutes; remove foil, reduce temperature to 350 degrees, and bake for 20 more minutes.
