Slow-Cooker Cornbread Dressing

Ingredients

  • 4 1/2 cups cornbread crumbs
  • 1 (16oz) pkg. herb stuffing mix
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 2 (14oz) cans chicken broth
  • 1 mediuim onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 tbl. rubbed sage
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 2 tbl. butter, cut up

Directions

  1. Stir together cornbread crumbs, stuffing mix, and next 8 ingredients in a large bowl.

  2. Pour cornbread mixture into a lightly greaseed 5 1/2 qt. slow cooker.

  3. Dot with butter.

  4. Cook, covered, on low 4 hours or until cooked through and set.
